Awaken your potential
FROM SCIENCE TO STRENGTH
My journey began in Brazil with a passion for understanding the human body, leading me to study Biomedical
Science. After moving to Sydney, I turned that passion into a career, expanding my knowledge through
fitness, nutrition, women’s hormonal health and yoga.
Today, I combine science, education and over a decade of training experience to coach women as a whole
— connecting training, nutrition and lifestyle rather than treating them separately.
FROM PERFORMANCE TO PURPOSE
In 2025, I stepped onto the natural bodybuilding stage, competing in Sydney and Melbourne and becoming
an NSW and National Champion.
The experience deepened my understanding of body composition, structured training and nutrition, while
teaching me the value of consistency, discipline and mindset.
Today, those lessons shape the way I coach — helping women achieve meaningful results through an
approach that is structured, balanced and sustainable.
WHERE STRENGTH MEETS BALANCE
Bodybuilding changed my life beyond the physical. It taught me discipline, consistency and the strength to
challenge myself, both physically and mentally.
Yoga brought another dimension — teaching me to slow down, become more present and develop a deeper
awareness of my body and mind.
I realised I didn’t have to choose between these two worlds. I needed both.
Strength taught me to challenge myself. Yoga taught me to understand myself. Together, they helped me
build a healthier, more balanced approach to the way I train, think and live.
THE PURPOSE BEHIND SOUL FITNESS
That balance became part of the purpose behind Soul Fitness.
I created Soul Fitness to bring these two worlds together — combining the structure and science of training
with the awareness and balance of mindful movement — and to offer women something more complete than
another workout program.
My philosophy brings together training, nutrition, lifestyle and mindful movement to help women build
stronger bodies, healthier habits and a more sustainable approach to their wellbeing.
Because I believe lasting change begins with awareness. When we understand our bodies, our habits and
our choices, consistency becomes something we build — not something we force.
Her Competition Journey
On Stage
Competing had been a personal goal of mine for years. I had always wanted to experience what it would be like to take my training to another level and discover how far I could push myself, both physically and mentally.
For a long time, however, the timing wasn’t right. Bodybuilding requires an enormous amount of time, structure and dedication, and I knew that if I was going to do it, I wanted to fully commit to the process.
In 2025, my life was more organised and balanced, and I finally felt ready. I stepped onto the natural bodybuilding stage for the first time, competing in Sydney and Melbourne and becoming an NSW and National Champion.
Standing on that stage was one of the most incredible feelings I have ever experienced. My dedication may have brought me the trophies, but looking back, the greatest prize I received was knowledge.
Preparation allowed me to experience my body in completely different conditions. I went through periods of eating more to build, periods of restriction, demanding training and days when energy was low — and through every phase, I learned. I learned how my body responds, how progress is built, how important patience and consistency are, and how much our mindset influences our ability to keep moving forward.
That experience changed the way I understand fitness. You can study training and nutrition, but there is a different kind of knowledge that comes from experiencing a process yourself — adapting, making mistakes, learning and continuing.
Bodybuilding is not for everyone, and it doesn’t need to be. My purpose as a coach is not to turn every woman I work with into a bodybuilder. It is to take the positive principles that helped me become a champion — structure, consistency, discipline, patience and self-awareness — and apply them in a way that makes sense for each individual.
Because those principles are not limited to a bodybuilding stage. They can help someone lose body fat, become stronger, build muscle, improve their health, navigate a new stage of life or simply become more consistent with taking care of themselves.

The stage gave me a trophy. The journey gave me knowledge. And that is what I want to pass on.
Training for health and well-being.
